Bookings and payments can be made using VISA, Master Card, Eurocard, or bank transfers
A Déposit is required at the date of entry to the flat
Booking are effective following part of deposit payment by credit card
If a booking cancelled, full refund of the déposit is only possible when the cancellation takes place no less than one month before  the date of entry.

We wait you in the apartment when you arrive in Paris, we give  you the keys,  you sign the rent lease and pay the rent.

The deposit is remborse you directly on your credit card after you leave the  apartment deduction of the telephone and electricite cost.
